Valerio Soli is President of Proteo Engineering and CEO of Marchesini Group. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Bologna, he has solid international experience in automatic machinery and packaging. He has built expertise in industrial management and global markets, leading complex organisations. He is President of IPACK-IMA and a board member of UCIMA.
Marco Savigni is founder, partner and CEO of Proteo Engineering. With a technical background, he began his career at Comau and gained experience at Ferrari, developing industrial and manufacturing expertise. A visionary entrepreneur, he has driven the company's evolution, expanding its skills and operational capacity. His contribution focuses on industrial development, organisational growth and the integration of competences.
Gabriele Lo Cascio is General Manager of Proteo Engineering, a Marchesini Group company. An industrial engineer, he joined the Group in 2013, gaining international experience in installation, maintenance and service of automatic machines. He went on to lead global service, developing advanced models. Today he leads the company with a focus on industrial EPC and system integration.
Monica Gagliardelli is Head of Administration at Proteo Engineering. With a diploma in accounting, she has built solid experience in accounting, tax and administrative management. Since 2008 she has coordinated the company's administrative activities, ensuring precision, control and reliability across processes. Her contribution is geared towards organisational stability and management efficiency.
